Terms & Conditions (Services)
1. Consultation & Suitability
All clients must undergo a consultation at the time of/on the same day as installation.
By proceeding with the service, you acknowledge that you have agreed to the recommended method, weight, colour choice and outcome discussed.
2. Results & Expectations
While every effort is made to achieve the desired result, outcomes may vary depending on:

Natural hair type, density, and condition

Previous hair history (colour, damage, etc.)

At-home care and maintenance
Blending, thickness, and final appearance are subjective and not guaranteed to match reference images exactly.
3. Aftercare Responsibility
Clients are responsible for following all aftercare advice provided.
This includes:

Using recommended products (Pure Ella Hair aftercare range)
-
Brushing correctly
-
Sleeping with hair properly secured on a silk pillowcase
-
Avoiding excessive heat or damage
Failure to follow aftercare may affect the longevity, appearance, and condition of the extensions and natural hair.
4. Maintenance Requirements (VERY IMPORTANT)
Maintenance (pull-up) appointments are required every 5–6 weeks.
Failure to attend maintenance within this timeframe may result in:

Slippage
-
Tangling or matting
-
Discomfort or tension due to natural hair growth
-
Damage to natural hair
Pure Ella Hair is not responsible for issues arising from extensions being worn beyond the recommended maintenance period.
5. Concerns & Adjustment Policy
Any concerns regarding installation, discomfort, or blending must be raised within 7 days of the appointment.
Clients must allow Pure Ella Hair the opportunity to:

Assess the installation

Make any necessary adjustments

If concerns are not raised within this timeframe, the service will be considered accepted.
6. Third-Party Work
If the extensions are altered, adjusted, or removed by another salon or individual,
Pure Ella Hair is no longer responsible for the service or outcome.
This includes:

Reinstallation
-
Cutting/blending
-
Maintenance by another provided
7. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of hair extension services and custom installation work:

Refunds are not provided for completed services
If a genuine issue arises, Pure Ella Hair will assess the situation and offer a reasonable solution where appropriate, provided:

The concern is raised within the required timeframe

The original work has not been altered by another party
8. Appointment Experience
We aim to provide a high-quality, efficient service.
Appointment times may vary depending on client needs and scheduling.
While every effort is made to provide a relaxed and attentive experience,
time constraints do not impact the quality or integrity of the installation.
9. Liability
Pure Ella Hair is not liable for:

Damage caused by improper aftercare

Failure to attend maintenance appointments

Work altered by third parties
-
Pre-existing hair or scalp conditions
10. Agreement to Terms
By booking an appointment with Pure Ella Hair, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
